Success!

The Campaign to expand the State Housing Trust Fund from 37 counties in PA to all 67 counties in PA was successful. In November of 2015, Governor Wolf signed Act 58, which funds the fund with revenue drawn from future growth in the existing Realty Transfer Tax, redirecting it back into the residential real estate market.
